On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”
John 7:37-38 ESV
We were not created to live stagnant lives. We were designed to be vessels overflowing with living water. But vessels cannot overflow when they are empty. It’s in our emptiness that we must draw closer to the true source. Today, we are asking God to revive our thirst for Him. We want to drink deeply from His well.
Reflect – Are you overflowing or in a state of stagnation? In your own words, Pray that God stirs up a thirst for Him…
